How does one go about securing contract work, or bounties .

I noticed bounties often have multiple interested parties, so I assume it's first come first serve , or does speed of completion matter

Ran the dev quickstart, hit a hardcoded metrics-port collision, just sending a micro-PR adding ARCHESTRAMETRICSPORT as 9050 could be used by other environment tools by default as Tor instances

Also noticed Tiltfile only whitelists orbstack + docker-desktop while the developer-quickstart doc lists Kind too. Seems need to be fixed by hand with a team member
