Hey team, I would like to contribute to an open Archestra bounty and want to coordinate first to avoid stepping on assigned work. Are any of these available for official reassignment: #4145, #3837, or #3855? I am happy to take whichever you prefer and share a scoped implementation plan before starting.

For each one, the original assignee doesn’t appear to have an open PR anymore, so I wanted to check whether any of these are still actively being worked on or available for official reassignment.
