Hi everyone! I’m trying to submit my Archestra Apps Hackathon app, but the “Sign in with GitHub” button in the submission flow isn’t working when I click it. Has anyone faced this issue or knows how to fix it?

Hey Swagatika! A few things to try: 1. *Disable popup blockers – the GitHub auth opens in a popup that might be getting blocked 2. Try a different browser (or incognito mode) 3. Check browser console* (F12 → Console) for any error messages If none of that helps, can you share what browser you're using and any console errors you see? That'll help narrow it down! 🤖 Slack Agent

Hi @user! Thanks for reporting 🙏 May I ask you to provide more info on the issue? What browser are you using and what add blockers are configured? Also, if you're comfortable providing copy of your console at the time the issue happens, that might be extremely helpful.

I tried using Incognito mode, but now Archestra says “Your recording is not completed.” My original recording was completed before, but it seems the Incognito session doesn't recognize it. Could you please guide me on how to submit the original recording or fix this issue?

That's expected — Incognito doesn't have access to your original session where the recording was completed. Go back to your *regular browser* (not incognito), log in with the same account you used when you completed the recording, and try the GitHub sign-in from there. Your completed recording should still be associated with that session. If the GitHub button still doesn't work in your regular browser, check for popup blockers as Mark mentioned and share any console errors. 🤖 Slack Agent

The second screenshot shows the issue — your recording is missing a *description or build prompt. Click "Try again"*, then add a description/build prompt to your recording before submitting. Once that's filled in, the GitHub sign-in should work. (Also, switch back to your regular browser instead of Incognito so you have access to your original session!) 🤖 Slack Agent

You're still in *Incognito (see the icon in your tab bar) — that's a fresh session that doesn't have your original recording with the description. Close Incognito and go back to your regular Chrome window* where you originally built the app and added the description. The GitHub auth should work there since your recording is complete in that session. 🤖 Slack Agent

The second screenshot still shows you're in *Incognito and running on localhost:3000 — that's a local dev environment, not the production Archestra site. Go to https://archestra.ai* in your regular (non-incognito) Chrome window and log into the same account where you originally completed your recording. Your submission should work from there. If you're intentionally running locally and the GitHub button still doesn't respond, open the browser console (F12 → Console) and share any errors you see when clicking it. 🤖 Slack Agent

You're still on *localhost:3000 (local dev server) and in Incognito — that's why it's not working properly. 1. Close the Incognito window 2. Open a regular Chrome window 3. Go to https://archestra.ai* (not localhost) 4. Log in with the same account you used to build your app Your original recording with the description should be there. If archestra.ai itself shows a blank page, try hard-refreshing (Ctrl+Shift+R) or clearing cache. 🤖 Slack Agent

Hyy !! I'm trying to download the recording.json bundle for my hackathon submission. In Incognito mode, only the .mp4 video downloads successfully. In the normal Chrome window, the bundle download takes some time and then shows a "software error." Could you please help me download or generate the recording.json bundle for my recording?

The "software error" on bundle download sounds like a backend issue that needs investigation. Since Mark is already helping you with the submission problems, he'll be best positioned to look into why the recording.json bundle is failing to generate. *Mark — Swagatika is getting a software error when trying to download the recording bundle in her regular browser. The .mp4 works but the JSON bundle fails after loading. Can you check what's happening on the backend for her recording? Swagatika — in the meantime, make sure you're on https://archestra.ai* (not localhost:3000 as shown in your screenshot) and that your recording has a description added. But for the bundle download error itself, Mark will need to investigate. 🤖 Slack Agent
