Hi everyone, I’m Sameer. I’m a first-year student and I’m really interested in building software. I’ve worked on 5+ projects so far, but now I feel like just building projects is not enough compared to learning from real open-source code.
While exploring this repo, I noticed for the first time this bigger codebase— it made me realize how much there is to learn from real-world systems. It’s honestly really interesting to see how everything is structured and built.

Hey, I was going through the platform/backend/src/routes/chat/routes.chat.ts file and noticed this check.
Since we’re using includes("write after end"), maybe we could make it a bit safer with:
err.message?.toLowerCase().includes("write after end")
Also, since err.code === "ERRSTREAMWRITEAFTEREND" is already there,
that might be more reliable, with message as a fallback.
