Thoughts on the SPAN+Nvidia XFRA mini-ai dc units? they charge a flat $150~/mo for power + internet to the home owner to have the unit installed on the home. the SPAN panel prioritizes power to residents over the XFRA and does automatic transfer to batteries if needed. - looks like they're "beta testing" with PulteGroup home builders. I was also playing with Gemini yesterday and was thinking about some older datacenters i've been into where they'll have half of 3-4 rooms/floors empty because the new hardware reduced the required floorspace. (lunar bits got tossed in cause i mentioned using a similar setup at a moon base 😅)
