Ran the dev quickstart, hit a hardcoded metrics-port collision, just sending a micro-PR adding ARCHESTRAMETRICSPORT as 9050 could be used by other environment tools by default as Tor instances

Also noticed Tiltfile only whitelists orbstack + docker-desktop while the developer-quickstart doc lists Kind too. Seems need to be fixed by hand with a team member

Hey team! Looking at the open connector PRs (Slack, OneDrive, Dropbox, file upload), there's a lot of repeated BaseConnector plumbing across them. I drafted what a @archestra/connector-sdk package + scaffold could look like to cut that. Open to an RFC issue, or do you prefer keeping connectors in-tree?
