How Archestra Platform is priced and licensed
Archestra is Open Core software. The base platform is licensed under AGPL-3.0; a subset of Enterprise features is licensed under the Archestra Enterprise License. See the repository LICENSE router for how each file, directory, or in-file region is licensed.
Free for teams under 30 users
If the total number of Archestra.AI users across your entire company is fewer than 30, you may use the Enterprise features listed below in production without a paid subscription or Enterprise license.
Once your total user count reaches 30 or more, this exception ceases to apply and continued production use of Enterprise features requires a valid Enterprise license.

Enterprise features
The following components are licensed under the Enterprise License and are not part of the AGPL-licensed open source build (subject to the Small Team Clause above):
- Role Based Access Control (granular control over what different categories of users are able to see in the platform)
- SSO & OIDC
- Knowledge Base and RAG with access control
- Data retention windows (automatic deletion of LLM logs, MCP logs, idle chats, and audit logs)
- Content encryption at rest (LLM logs and chat messages under a separate, operator-held key)
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP enrollment, organization-wide enforcement, and session lifetime caps)
